I hope that you can resolve it among yourselves as its not a large sum, however i will say that it is your responsibility to check the items being traded and that it appears that it was misunderstanding. I understand your frustration but imho the seller didnt do anything fradulant. If you still want to pursue your case, resubmit a report with the proper format and evidence.

To clarify: I understand your frustration but imho the seller didnt do anything fraudulent (unless you can provide a screenshot of the chat/agreement that states explicitly that the exchange of 1.33 ref was for a clean ball cap. From the trades you listed, there is no fixed price attached to the items.)
