Accepted scammer scamed me with paypal

You didn't answer my question, either pay $52 or give that unusual back to SystemFailure and give me my sf scattergun back or I'll take it to Valve and I'll personally request my best friend who works at Valve to ban your ip.

Report the individual to valve and move on. The user was marked and was caught lying.
