Improper Format Scammer, Stolen Items Unreturned, Trade Offering

New evidence with photos
In the photos the scammer promised and confessed to stealing my unusual, and told me he would give me 4 buds as compensation, then ignores me soonly after.
He is still in my friendlist, but is offline in my friend's list, but whenever i click on his profile, occasionally he would be online even though my friendlist does not show that he is online.
