    its my first post so dont be angry if i fail ♥
    today i wanted to trade my bmoc for 8 keys and a chapeu.
    the trader said he will add a charmer's chapeu after trade. he said his steam trade is bugging so we did it on tf2. after the first trade he blocked me and i cant speak/ trade him.

    Clearly there is an issue.. and while I'm not in the position tag this guy a scammer I will say this that at some point the level of common sense on the victims part (YOU) should have kicked in. If Steam Trade doesn't work then you wait till it does or don't do the trade as you invite the obvious. In you're case you are only out a hat a 1ref hat at that..chalk that up to a learning lesson.

    Basically look up each person on SteamRep and copy the "info" that is on the right. Just compare it to every other Accepted post in this forum for more info. Good luck and thanks for reporting.
