SR Banned vs SR Scammer

    It's just a change in wording, it doesn't represent a change in policy. Anyone "BANNED" is done so based off of reports of fraud and should not be trusted for any transactions, nor welcomed in any SR-affiliated community.

    Right now we're making a lot of changes at SteamRep. The wording is a change that has been a long time coming as we've grown to switch to more formal terminology. We're aiming to communicate our fraud-related ban recommendations to the wider community.

    We're going to see how well it works for the next month or so. If others are confused, don't hesitate to tell them that red-marked accounts are handled the same way as always.
