Improper Format SR Scammer Appeal

Hello, I am Hopcotch Mafia, and i have been deemed a SR SCAMMER which is not true, i am a trusted trader with my friends and all my clients in the past, but how i got reported is a different story, here it is:
I was in a trading server it was a normal day, i was approached by a trader wanting to trade with me, he put up some items i liked, i offered him money, that we could trade through PayPal being the traditional way to do it, he then asks if i go first, i do not like to get scammed, it has even happened to me, i did not know how to report, but anyway i say im not going first, and immediately he con-notates me into a scammer and reports me ASAHC, This is an outrage, as he in the first place tried to scam me, i am truly upset i cannot trade anymore and hope STEAM+REP can get me through these hard times, when i get framed for scamming, The least i would want is, a 2 week ban, so at least i have to wait, if i did offend the Scammed that tried to scam me i am truly sorry, and hope he learns that i do not want to be Scammed, Thank you for reading.

Next, you were reported for "Attempted fake Steam Wallet transfer scam", not for refusing to go first in a Paypal trade (refusing to go first wouldn't have gotten you marked). Do you have any information to add in regards to that?
