ok so a few months or so ago I had an incident with paypal where they suddenly charged back a ton of money I had sent out to a bunch of people but 2 people in particular were affected 1. a nice man named something like AEnananaxa or something (hard to read his name) and another named exax who is a big unusual trader well after a week or 2 of trying to work things out with these guys I had to ditch steam for a while but as a gesture of trying to make them know I wanted to work it out I let exax hold the unusuals I had at that time( there were 3 1. a harvest moon buckaroo's, 2. steaming private eye, 3 . stormy swag mans swatter) but AE was never on so I couldnt let him hold any well while I was gone exax decided to start selling my unusuals and he did end up selling the swatter and private eye so when I got back I told him that im sorry but since he decided to basically steal and use the unusuals I had been letting him hold as a gesture of trying to work things out that it was off and I wanted my last one back but as soon as I told him this he just un friended me and walked off so I count exax as payed off since he stole the unusuals but sadly in the end because of his action in that case I couldnt pay back AE so yeah im appealing now and as for the money value stolen (so I get the whole story out ) AE had the value of a v bills charged back and exax i believe was $340 in unusuals which in the end he got back by stealing my unusuals so yeah thats the story so now all I can do is appeal

You're really not helping yourself here are you. I "stole" these unusuals? I'm currently searching for our past screenshots where you were being completely un-cooperative, saying how you needed chemotherapy and that was stopping you from sorting out paypal.

In the meantime, look at the date of the chargeback. http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198041769546-paypal-chargeback.13508/ I even vouched for you here saying I was helping you trying to resolve the issue. The date was Nov 2, 2012.

It is now March 19, 2013. In the space of 5 months, you have not made a single attempt to contact me to resolve this matter. Yes, I did sell off 2 of your unusuals, because a) you were offline for a period of at least 1 month+ and b) you never made an attempt to contact me.

Will continue searching for those screenshots of chats we had. Tread carefully with what you're saying, because being dishonest won't help with your appeal.

maybe I should make this clear to everyone maybe stole was the wrong word since for a while before I left I was being uncooperative I was making excuses because im a lazy ass its that simple but my paypal account was shut down anyway so that money is long gone but im not trying to do anything to you you can have the unusuals since I quit trading hell I barely play tf2 anymore but the point I had been making was in that bit you did walk off with my unusuals whether or not that matters it doesnt seem very nice to me :/

    .
So why should anyone help you out then.

    1) You admit to being uncooperative, "making excuses" and being "a lazy ass". And yet your pointing fingers at me for walking off with your unusual.
    2) " its that simple but my paypal account was shut down anyway so that money is long gone" You have no means of repaying me the $340. I can easily reobtain the 2 hats that I originally held. "Walking off" with your unusuals is still a loss for me.

I have nothing more to say.

Im not asking for help im appealing tags to be removed and again you took your payment as the unusuals I see no reason why I should pay you money when basically in you obtaining my unusuals and using them as your own you basically took that as your payment what I want to know is why you apparently dont want me to have tags removed are you just wanting me to be a scammer forever or something not sure I understand what your goal is in trying to stop them from removing my tags

You don't deserve to have them removed. Let's revisit the sequence of events:

    1) You spend $340 buying my hats
    2) A few months later, all the payments are charged back.
    3) I take 3 of your unusuals as BONDS so that you don't run away, while your resolve the issue.
    4) Issue continues for more than a month. You start being uncooperative, lazy and "emotional", using your therapy sessions with your doctor as excuses for not sorting out your paypal
    5) In December, you declared you are absolutely unable to repay me via paypal, for whatever reason. You then go offline for at least a month, to which I remove you from friends.

The above does NOT resolve the issue. As you didn't hold up to your side of the deal first when you said you would resolve paypal. I am now offering you the 3 hats back for $340, but you STILL cannot pay me back via paypal due to the last statement.

In conclusion: Scammer tags well deserved. Live with it.

alright you win then i'll keep the scammer tags but before they close this let me ask 2 things
    1. you say you offered all 3 back for the $340 but the few days ago when you messaged me all you said is you can have your unusual harvest moon buckaroo's back for $340 that's not 3 that's 1 so how is that offering all 3 back?
and 2. your right I did get emotional and I did do those things you say because one of my best friends had died and I was on suicide watch I was emotionally unstable at that time but what I want to know is you say you took them as bonds ( the unusuals) so I wouldnt run away yet while I was gone for that period you started treating them as your own and selling them and when I told you I couldnt pay you back because the paypal account was shut down you are the one who walked off not me so what your saying here is even though you walked off with 3 unusuals 2 of them cheaper but one of them expensive as hell so basically your saying I still owe you and those unusuals you walked off with are just worthless and dont count for anything.

Before this goes on any further, two factors must be made clear. First, your report is not properly formatted, and you can find a how-to guide in the link provided here. However, that is not entirely relevant at this current stage. http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/howto-appeal-scammer-and-caution-reputation-tags.58/

The main issue at hand is that if you have a tag in addition to a SR tag, in this case your TF2OP tag, all other tags must be successfully appealed first. Please make an appeal at this Steam Community link before appealing to SteamRep. You can read through the above how-to guide to verify what I've told you. http://steamcommunity.com/groups/tf2outpost/discussions/5/
