    Hello,

some days ago I was hinted at Steamtrades by an user that on Steamrep I am marked as a SR scammer:
    http://www.steamtrades.com/forum/Vn5Dv/h-might-and-magic-clash-of-heroes-ruse-w-darksiders-offers

Firstly I was shocked. The user also provided me with the topic link where I should apparently scam one user:
    http://steamrep.com/search?q=76561198018529740

I never scammed anyone, nor ever traded with that particular user in the topic above.

Please view my Steam profile that I do not own any Civilization games at all:
    http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198018529740

Please also view my Steamtrades profile:
    http://www.steamtrades.com/user/icefiresr

And also my total Steam account trade history from the day I made my account on Steam (uploaded on Imgur, can be downloaded to maximize the picture) proving that I in fact did not trade anything with the user that accused me:
    http://imgur.com/a/Vb4ic#0

The user that accused me also provided a screenshot from his gmail that he bought the game on Steam, therefore the game had to be traded via Steam view from my understanding.

Now - I do not know how I
    could be accused of scam.

Is there any other evidence I can provide in regards of my Steam account here to clear my name? I feel really ashamed as two of my friends already asked me about why I am a scammer.

I also do not need to scam for a any game, as I have a Steam account with a huge game backlog and positive reputation on Steamtrades.

Can you please help me out on this? Thank you kindly. If I missed anything (I read the rules before making this post but it could happen that I missed out on something) please let me know.

    Appeal approved.

Ok reporter has been ignoring my invite requests to authenticate who he actually sent the gift to. Seeing as he has not wanted to co-operate to consolidate his report I will have to base this decision from evidence retrieved from the appellant.

Quite simply, when a game is gifted straight to someone's account, it will either be:
    1) In "Pending Gifts"- awaiting to be redeemed or rejected.
    2) In Steam Inventory - when redeemed as a steam inventory item.
    3) In Games Library - when redeemed for the account.
    4) In Steam Inventory history - if the game was traded away.

Timely screenshots supplied by the appellant covering these possibilities do not indicate that Civilization III was ever in his account. Also appellant has a rich library of paid games, further confirming that motivations to conduct this type of scam is at odds with the investment in his games library.

The possibility that the game was rejected has not been confirmed by the reporter, leading that the gift must have been redeemed by the account in question. The past 3 days I have attempted to contact the reporter after he removed me from friends after our initial chat. I deem it inequitable on the appellant that the reporter has ceased to cooperate and seeing as his account has absolutely no trace of Civilisation III I am satisfied in accepting this appeal.
