Invalid Um, help?

Hi, recently on steamrep i was marked as a scammer for having alt accounts and fake rep, this rather bugger's me.

Firstly, its states i have two alt accounts. One is an alt account (jabster), which i made a while back, but that was never intended for scamming! As you can see, i have done nothing with that account! Now Mamski is a friend's account. When you connect to some one else's internet, you run on their ip(or however it works), i visited him at the time of this "fake rep".
The fake rep dealy is sort of true. I made a second source op account and gave myself rep, which is utterly stupid. And one of the posts(can't remember which it was) was done by mamski. Bought some items via paypal.
Now, i don't mind being banned of steam for a week or so, but please! Not this! I love trading! All the rep on my steam page is legit and all real. You can even ask me what we traded!
So if there is an admin out there that is reading this, please help?
Also, because of this i've been banned off multiple server's which is rather annoying.
