    I got scammed buying a Visa Giftcard from someone. I don't have a screenshot of the chat but I have it copied and pasted on notepad. I asked Jailbait and she (or he) said I can try. Do you think I can file a report?

    All you need to file a report is the yours and the scammers Name, Steamid 34&64 and some proof of what happened. The lack of a screenshot may mitigate your case however.
    Post the name of the person anyway, may be he's already marked.

    Yeah, ideally we have a lot more evidence than that, but if it's very clear what happened then you might as well report it in the Reports section of this site.
