theoretically he doesnt really do anythign wrong since when u bank in the $ he just will open the trade window then wait and say that its bugged he cant trade. then he''' go offline and never say anything even again

I had one person using my name for about 2 months, scamming people daily, he was marked already but people were not doing their homework and getting scammed. Many of them contacted me about it, some friendly, some not. I did however get each of them, and myself, to file a support ticket, to include everything they could, I can't say for 100% this is the reason he was banned by valve but at least he was banned. You might try making a ticket to support but it has to have some facts for them to work with. Another thing that helped was being extremely patient with those who hadn't yet figured out it was an imposter and were understandably mad. Work with them to help them see the I.D. of who scammed them. Their own trade history will/can do this for them. Try and see if from their viewpoint.
