What to do?

I got scammed for .44 ref, I was buying a Strange Jarate, and the seller put a unique jarate. I didn't notice it. Am I supposed to report the scammer?

I don't have the conversation.

Without the whole conversation it is very hard to tell if the trader actually quick switched the items, I will leave the rest to the admins but thank you for posting the picture. I hope this issue is resolved soon
