Invalid Why have i been banned?

i have just tried to use tf2 outpost as i normally do and for some reason im banned D: so i click the link to steam-rep and apparently am a SR scammer or something like that. the reason i am being accused of scamming is because apparently im am an alt account for someone named milkman pyro. This is not true. i don't know what evidence there is to show that i am his alt account but i can assure you am not. so please i use the services of tf2 outpost all the time and this tag does not allow me to use tf2 outpost i have also donated to the site and i dont see why i should not be able to use it when i am being falsely accused of being a scamer.

also i can not add evidence because i am being falsely accused and i wouldn't know how to get evidence to say that the milkman pyro account is not my account
