You can report a guy who "won a knife in a giveaway " or whatever reason?

    Everyday people who won a knife or whatever ask me if i like their "expensive knife"
    But they dont play csgo , so they want some help from u.
    In some cases they want u to get an corrupted dota 2 item that dont worth s✿✿✿ but in steam market is expensive as hell cuz there is only one of them.
    Or in other cases they want an dota 2 item from a guy who "block him" and it apply the case as above
    Its reportable? what is the proccess to report this kind of people
    P.S: Sorry for my broken english im from Peru and im tired of this kinds of people .I WANT TO REPORT THEM!
