I closed the trade After i give him the key he accepted the trade and before confirm it he logs out. Hope this is enough.

Do you have any evidence that person activated the key successfully?

I send the same key to a friend without Just cause 2 on library. He said me: "Its alredy been activated". Do you need screens of that?

I hope i can get more info if this is still not enough

This is not a valid proof. Do you have any evidence showing that person activated the key? e.g. pictures of chat showing that person confirming activation

No i don't, because after i gave him the key he logs out. I can provide you all the evidences i can find. My inventory(no sr3 in there), my inventory history( he didn't give me sr3), gift history (if you think this is not a scam, i can post evidences that i didn't give sr3 to anyone), and transaction history to prove you that i bought sr3 a month and i didn't activate the gift.
