I met him few months back in trade server. We spycrabbed and when I won, he refused to pay. We talked and then I decided to report him but I didn't have enough proof. Hence I kept him in my list so that I can report him in the future. Now I got the perfect opportunity.
Today he sends me a trade request for my PE BRAINIAC unusual(worth 14 buds+). HE didn't offer anything but in the message section he writes that STEAM FUNDS in euros, will be automatically added to my wallet once the trade was complete. I rejected his offer of 155 first, then he sends me another one where he says he is paying 650 euros. I have taken a screenshot.

basically, he attempted to scam over 14 buds from me.

towards the end of our conversation on steam he admits that he has scammed me before too. " just because i owe you those refs, and i feel sorry. Okay for 720"

Yes, i wanted to buy your "unusual brainiac hairpiece", i admit. The trade was for proof, that you accept to trade me that, so i could send photo / report you on steamrep if you try to scam.
Earlier - I was banned for "spycrab running" , but I didn't do anything with this man, just said i owe him 1ref, and i gave it back early on. Dont have any evidence that I gave it back, he created a new account and started to be "friendly" to me. That's all i have to say.

He says he wanted to buy my hat? But he had nothing in his backpack which is worth my hat. I think its a new trend now typing in a msg saying you are sending REAL MONEY, but in reality you are stealing the other person's items.

I didn't accept your trade request. You sent me an offer via steam. In the message section you added "YOUR FUNDS", which is impossible. Clearly its a scam attempt.
the spycrabbing scam is not related to this report(even though its true). I just put it part of the report because I wanted the respective moderators or admins to understand the CHAT HISTORY. It only makes sense if you know the short back story.

It is funny how an offer of 155 euros went up all the way to 720 in the matter of 10-15 minutes.
