Well like it says on the screenshoted chat window i was trading a 4pack gift of the game Payday 2, and the deal is that i traded him the the pack for 9 keys, then after he open it and get the game we would give me the 3 copies remaining. He agreed but tricked me went offline right after and opened a post selling those copies.

He's scammed two other people thus far. Make a Steam ticket and report his ass to Valve.

I don't think that steam has nothing to do with it. Steam only takes action when solving hijacked account.
But anyway i'm glad that this guy will be tagged as scammer and taken off our community.

You can contact Steam about scammers, and they can block trading on that account. Why else would they include that category under their support page.

They've made another post. Wish you guys would ban them so they'll at least stop for a while.

i know you guys have lot of work to do, but it would be great if you tag this guy as scammer as soon as possible. he knows that i reported him, so he's trying to trade his backpack for pure so that he can sell those keys for paypal money

That's where he's been scamming. He takes the money and then removes you, and doesn't give you anything. I want him banned from outpost. If they had banned him with the first few days of my incident, then you or the other person probably wouldn't have been victimized.
