Just from the chat message above. Out of the blue someone adds me and says they were almost scammed by someone using my profile. Someone else was scammed by him already and they reported me as the scammer, that case is under review here: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561197964678818-scammer.25550/

It was through steamtrades.com, he has just been adding people randomly and using my good feedback to pressure people into going first. I'm talking to the person who he tried to scam now through Steam chat.

There won't be any link since all he is doing is randomly adding people from steamtrades.com, showing them my profile (which now points out the scammer profile), and asking them to go first and he'll go second because he apparently has good feedback. Another user already confirmed he scammed them with my profile, that I linked above, but the other user never corrected the scammer profile, I hope that gets sorted out.

He's more than likely just linking my steamtrades.com profile and hoping people don't verify his actual Steam profile (which is private), that's how he scammed the other guy.

Here are a couple screens from the individual who was almost scammed, seems I was right, he's just creeping around steamtrades.com and linking my profile and hoping people don't check, this guy did check however and sent me the conversation as the scammer only blocked him, did not delete him.

As you can see his profile is private and the real profile of chasenmusky is public , after that i've contacted him to let him known of this scammer .

Just to give an update, the scammer, using the same account, has changed his name and profile picture and is now impersonating Noctaris from steamtrades, hopefully now this is enough to get him marked.
