I also investigated some guys in his friendlist and found this guy

He had Qr^LOOOL! nick so probably he has 2 (or more) accounts.

Before this scam one dude added me in friends without any comments, he was AFK all the time

He has very rich inventory with 2 pages of +reps, 2 games and less than 1 year in steam, also he has both Qr^'s in friends so I think this is main scammer account (I guess)
