Can this be reported? Asking for rep without trading.

Just found someone trying to get rep by saying he is giving away his whole CS:GO inventory to a lucky winner. Just need to +rep him and reply to a post on a steam group.

Yeah I didn't think so. Just been so long since I last came on here.

Fun fact, a lot of scammer alts seem to target relatively big steam groups and claim they would give away skins randomly if you +rep them on their profile but they ususally end up just giving it to an alt account or a friend so they can claim they 'picked it at random' but they would get it back a few days later. Those scammer alts would then attempt to scam other by telling them about the amount of +reps they have on their profile which makes them 'trustworthy'. So bascially if it's too good to be true, it probabaly is. Also on a side note profile reps means nothing.
