Pending Reports Question/Fix?

My question is about my 2 pending reports (they have been "pending" for 2 years)

Here is my appeal for these because I was hijacked (i was marked as caution because of the reports)

So I was cautioned because of these 2 pending reports for a while and after my appeal was accepted the caution tag was removed but the 2 pending reports stayed. I'm wondering if this is how it is suppose to be? I would think the pending reports would be closed or at least not showing up as unconfirmed reports on my steamrep profile.
The reason I ask is because CSGO traders in particular do not trust me because they dont understand all this stuff as well as experienced tf2 traders. So it makes it a bit difficult to trade in csgo and sometimes in tf2 as well.

Thousands and thousands of dollars worth of trades.

To summarize, I'm a trustworthy trader and people often trust me but there are some cases that really get under my skin because I hate being accused of being a scammer just because people dont bother to read the 2 pending reports that are there because I was hijacked 2 years ago.

The steamrep staff is very overworked, they had no intention of leaving them up for so long, it was a bad oversight.
