    What happened? Description:
    i saw his paypal history and +rep so i added him , i wanted 119 keys he offered them for 1.9$ each i accepted. I told him I wanted to do batches of 20 keys, i had to go first of course , i sent him a paypal money , 38.19$ to be exact for the first 20 keys, and then he went offline.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I have provided chat logs, where he disconnected after i asked him to send the keys. I have also provided paypal evidence that I did send him the keys.​
