    Currently the account is used for heavy CS:GO trading.​

    This is speculation, can you give more evidence to this accusation?
    Trades or transfers between the two accounts.
    An ip address would be exceptional evidence.

    5. One of Shamil's banned alts: http://steamcommunity.com/id/shamilik1. Similar URL. Same name. Same description.
    How would I possibly be able to, as another player, track his trades or transfers and IP address? Isn't that like telling an FBI agent with low level security clearance to access the top security clearance information?
