    What happened? Description:
    I sold him bunch of staff and he just refunded after few days.
    he got the skins out of his account so he pretty much got away.​

    What was the payment method? Friends and family gift? Invoice?

    You should see the previous reports on this guy although PayPal isn't very friendly when it comes to refunding digital goods but Steam does keep enough records (for about 3-4 weeks) that should help you get your stuff back hopefully
