    What happened? Description:
    I added him from reddit /r/globaloffensivetrade to buy keys via Paypal from this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensiveTrade/comments/4nynuf/h_250_keys_w_paypal_19_in_bulk/.

    After I sent him US$540 to buy 300 keys @ $1.8 each through Paypal, he removed and blocked me (chat screenshots attached w/ proof of his steam ID). I am currently contacting Paypal to reverse the payment (I have attached the payment notification from Paypal).​

    This is actualy paypal account, the refunds from Kinga snowhorn are from a user I reported from steamrep "http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198027401147/" whom I got my money back after being scammed. I have been inactive in trading and on paypal since. You have been dealing with a imposter. 无标题.jpg

    Doesn't work like that - the more evidence you have against a user the less likely they will be able to appeal. You can provide what I requested and I can make it hidden to staff only.
