He wants to sell his Strange Degreaser. But he stated that he only wanted in metals, 7 refined. So we proceed to trade. In the trade I notice that he quickswitched the Strange Degreaser for a normal one. His attemp failed but I persue to talk to him and dig in more evidance and whatnot. Found out that he has a older brother that does the same thing. (see screenshots for more info )
Yeah I know he was marked before. But I didn't see in the policy or rules that says you can't report a marked guy. Plus, I'm not comfortable until this kid is on trade ban or probation. (If not sure if steam can do that via SteamRep reports).
Thank you. I have marked this thread as ready for review. A SteamRep admin will continue processing it shortly. Hidden Content: **Hidden Content: Content of this hidden block can only be seen by members of (usergroups: Administrative, Moderating).** Contact Steam Support
It is perfectly fine to report a marked player, SR Staff usually add such reports to private notes or searches, and this makes appeals far harder for the offenders, so it is never a waste of time. It is only Valve that imposes trade ban/probation, and they only do this in certain circumstances. You could submit a Steam Support report, but in all probability nothing will come of it. * Beaten by Thomas
