It seems the person is using multiple hacked paypal accounts to mass purchase tf2items and seems its ongoing even at this moment. I ask admins to act fast to tag the person scammer to prevent more victims.

Third screen shot, note section contains the person's steam64 id. I believe that's enough to show the payment was made from the person.

Additional note - The third screenshot shows the payment(for 23 keys, $1.80 each, of $41.40) was made at 5:00 PM, GMT +9. The second screenshot shows the person received 23 keys at 5:04 PM, GMT +9. There was no other trades within an hour around the particular trade, as shown in the second screenshot.

Everyone can put your SteamID64 in that kind of note and that will not prove it was you who made a payment.

He added me to buy keys and I saw he only have few friends, few time on Steam, almost no games.. Same comments as +rep at the same minute about buying a buds and buying lot of keys (??). Also, profile set to private. Strange and suspicious.

I copied him this thread, and he ran out IMMEDIATELY. Definitely scammer.

Yes, but as I said in the additional note, the timestamps match the trades. Well, unless I extensively photo-shopped the screencaps.

    Facts

    1. I was selling keys at $1.80 each.
    http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/97938-Keys-1-80-USD-Paypal-20-Pages-of-Rep
Last edit was on 12th, easily showing that I was selling at the price when the trade was made.

    2. Someone paid me $41.40, 23 keys worth, at 5PM, GMT +9. http://puu.sh/3eGmA.png The very person sent with a note containing a SID64 76561198066482239

    3. The account holder of SID64 76561198066482239 received 23 keys from me, at 5PM, GMT +9. http://puu.sh/3eGmi.png

    4. The very transaction is being chargebacked.

    Two possible interpretations

    1. The person who paid was the person who claimed the keys. He's the scammer.

    2. I am framing someone innocent as a scammer, and somehow managed to forge all the evidences against him, even asking complete strangers to help my cause. OMG, I'm so evil!

    Aw, come on.

News flash - Did not expect this to happen, but I managed to recover the full chatlog! The trade was done by the system at my workplace and I leave it on for most of the time. I found the transaction was being chargebacked when I was back home, of course steam had only a part of the previous chat. Then I found I left the chat window open when I back at the workplace, containing the full text of the log! Since the scammer removed me and set his profile private his name turned into [unknown], but the log and chat window title still contains his alias.
