We spycrabbed for 1 key he gave me 5 ref item and he dont want to give the difference.

Nope I didnt agree with anythiing. You had to give me 1 key pure or items. You didnt

one you need the agreement on the spycrab you did.
also if you spycrabbed a key vs a key well hell you are gonna need to pay a key no matter what.
aside from that you are missing some info

I doubt OP can provide screenshot of spy crab agreement since that part of steam chat is already grey.
But the accused later in the same chat clearly agreed that they were spycrabbing a key, hope it counts.
I'd recommend you to give it back to him and ask him to sell it for a key on his own (which is pretty hard because its price went down significantly over last month), but looks like you already did it.
