Promised a $100 steam wallet code in exchange for all my items but logged off immediately and blocked me.​

Accidentally closed the chat logs after which I'm stupid for.. but that imgur album shows the items transferring from my account to his and attached is a screenshot of my current steam wallet balance and transactions. As you can see there is no new wallet credit added since the 21st. If any additional info is needed please let me know. I'm unsure of how to acquire the chat logs if i closed them.
