Description: Got an add from him wanting to buy some keys, as usual i checked his profile, Joined on the 15th of Aug, this month / year. Little to no games and only 2 Steam Rep comments, an obvious not going to sell to you sorry from me. The thing that caught my eye was the highly valued items in his backpack, first reaction is a Scammer alt avoiding his tag. Mentioned it to him he then claimed he has a main account that he showed me found here (NOTE:. Possibly unrelated to this, but this is the link he gave me. http://steamcommunity.com/id/dyscivist/) Told him then to add me on that as for I will only trade with that account, replied to where he wants the keys on this account, "If you know what i mean", only can guess he wants to buy the keys on that. Told him would trade only if he added me on that account, replied with a few a few sorry's, under the impression he was about to remove me I attempted to stall him by adding Ill report this to Steam Rep.

After trying again to have him add me on that account, claiming I will sell them to the account he added me on as long as he just simply loggs onto the one he showed me, he still refuses. And then removed me.

Heading over to TF2 items to see if the items he has originates from the user he sent me, which they did not .. I then discovered a majority of them all date back to a SOP scammer whom was tagged for Charge Backing.

Just thought id post this in-case he actually is the old chargeback scammer and is back on the $ trading market, high chance planning another chargeback.

Also just to clarify, there was no Scammer or Victim in this report, just filing what I think is a Charge-backer's alt while following the proper format.
