    BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMMER

    Scammer posted a trade for a lvl 100 flying guilliotine. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10645662

    This was a point that the FG was about 1 ref or something, so I was obviously overpaying for the level.
    I added him and traded him. Steam trade windows do not display the level of strange items. (proof of trade) http://imgur.com/R2EVsa4

    Well I traded him, and I check on backpack, and it was level 36. http://backpack.tf/id/76561197995705916?time=1368255600 (my backpack the day after, you can see the level 36 FG with trade history from the scammer.

    By this time, he had unfriended me. I readded him on that account, and he did not respond. I added him on an alt account of mine, and he accepted. I said that he didnt give me the right item and i was pissed, his response was LOL I never said i was trading a level 100 and unfriended me.

    I reported this incident to outpost and steam awhile ago, but they didnt seem to do anything. Unfortunately I do not have screenshots of the chat anymore, but I hope I have provided enough proof.

    This guy is accumulating more strange beggars/neons/FGs, and he has level 100s of each in his backpack. I fear he may do this in the future.

    No. The best I have of a screenshot is this http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10685217 (look at my comment) He doesn't deny he scammed me, or say it didnt happen, just "lol"

    This was a was quick trade for a strange flying guilliotine. There was not much chat besides "Hi, you have guilliotine?" "hi, yes" *opens trade, gets scammed*
