Description:
I put up 3 Earbuds for trade and a buyer added me to purchase all of them on 21/3/13. He was known as spatulaman74 then. He told me he was going to purchase all 3 in separate payments. Peculiar, but I complied. So every time he sent $33.33, I traded a bud. After all 3 were done we thanked each other and exchanged positive rep on our SOP rep threads.

8 days later I received 3 emails from Paypal regarding a "Non receipt claim" from the same buyer, and his dispute remark was "I did not received the item. I want a full refund."


Since I still had him on my friends list I attempted to check his profile and chat him up regarding the matter. His profile was now set to private, even for friends and when I initiated a chat seeking help, I got no reply.
He's changed his name to "selling buds! pm me<3" for a few days now so you can really assume that he has already bought my buds along with some others.
He also started a trade of his own on tf2outpost selling buds for $35 and most of it were bought/traded away.

the only trading I did was with this person.




my paypal transactions the last few months.
the payment has been returned to the buyer and is currently "held" as the dispute was opened today.
hence the negative amount in my Paypal (in one payment he did not pay the fee, so it is only $31.73, but I let that pass)
