He trades me and proceeds to tell me he wants to sell me some keys for 1 refined each, then claiming he has them stored in his TF2 Beta account and will trade them to me later. Many other people on the server claimed he has tried this on other people, also he also has a -rep on his profile for "scamming winter crates" http://puu.sh/2IdrA.jpg.
