After some "technical difficulties" (which in retrospect should have tipped me off that something fishy was going on) I received the payment ($80 total; the two Buds were $40 each) and then traded him the two buds. The next day I received a notification that someone had initiated a chargeback against me. Thankfully they did fill out the note with the purpose of the payment and their SteamID32, so it was fairly easy to tie the Paypal email with the scammer's Steam account. Chatting with them after the chargeback was futile, as it so often is. I'm not the sort of person to cry about getting scammed by someone on Paypal. I understand that cash trading is a risk and that these occurrences are practically inevitable at some point. Just please get this guy marked ASAP. I'd be happy to provide any further information, though the evidence from the screenshots is already pretty damning.
