Miner Lkjuft added me on the 21st this month to sell a lime bills hat over paypal for 10$. We eventually agreed to split the payment into 3 parts, i send 5$, he sends bills hat and then i send the last 5$. When the bills hat was traded to me, i was fairly sure that it came over as it should, but actually did not and was not in my inventory when i looked for it. When i added Miner Lkjuft to ask if he still had the bills hat, it turns out he had blocked me, which is why im posting this thread.

screenshot 1- shows Miners account as being traded for the bills hat, and explains that the 5$ payment is half that will be sent
screenshot 2- Shows that indeed i sent 10$ in total to Miner, as stated in SC1 (some personal information about me and people i have traded are blotted out)
screenshot 3- shows what i believe is Miner blocking me from his friends list
screenshot 4- shows trades from the 19-22 may, with no trade with Miner showing, i traded him on the 21st

other notes
i had submitted a steam ticket incase this is a bug, and have since been told that the trade indeed, did not occur

If there is anything needing further proof/screenshots (cant access chat history atm) i will attempt to provide if asked.
