I was reported as MCT scammer by

He was on my friendlist for a long time.
This is how it happen. I traded a person

that involve( My black bills) his (3 ref, and operator painted bills, and a earbuds). The person I traded, did not pay attention and traded the earbuds. I told him that I did not want to swap the buds for 1 ref for lower level buds at the first place i type in the chat and remove my buds. Then, he still trading me that is how I got his earbuds.
I have this kinda situation happen before, I did not get my item back. I contacted steam and got a message about all trade are final. That is how I realize that all trade are final. And, I believe I do not have legal obligation to return this item from unfair trade. However, to make sure I contact many of my friend including the MCT admins riauku the admins on the server the same time. I told him what happen. And he wanted me to return the item. I wanted to research more about if I have legal obligation to return such item. Riauku insist me I have to return. and He invite another MCT admins to the chat and want me to hand over all the item I got from the person i traded before. Still, the person I traded got my black bill, I don't think this is proper way to handle the situation with third party so I did not get them my item to them, i am afraid of not getting my black bill back. I was just ask him for legal advice and he did not even know who I was trading until he saw my message that left by the trader. So, he told me he is going to ban me. And, I was reported as MCT scammer. I have appeal to MCT pinktaco website but nothing come out yet.

the person that make mistake at the trade
that I traded trying to contact me and set up a time to resolve this problem which he is not online at the moment. He is on my friendlist now,I added him but we have not able to talk about it yet. I have a job, I can't find him at this moment, because of timing.
He had reported me to steam support for their judgement.


I am not a scammer. I did not use any lie or language or anyway to steal the buds. The trader did not check his item carefully that is not my fault. I am willing to hand over the item to the trader that make mistake if I do have legal obligation to return and get my black bills back. I do not want to hand my item over to some admins that don't even have steam rating 10 and don't even understand the situation. Beside, I asked them at the first place, why should they take over the case and turn against me and trying to take the item
I am not a scammer, the other person make mistake not me. I do think I deserve a scammer tag. And, I don't think I should be report as scammer as we still trying to find a legal solution at this moment.
