Description: So as I today got my new unusual, and post it for trade, I get a random add from this guy, which only has 20 hours in TF2, his backpack is private, is banned from backpack.tf (I don't know the reason), while I asked for 5.5 buds on my unusual, he wants to give me an H.O.U.W.A.R + sweets. Which seems really weird for someone like him to have, and he says his friend gave it to him as a gift. As his backpack is private, I couldn't see the history of the HOUWAR to see if it's stolen or not, but I decided to report him anyway.
