I've put my list of gifts for sale on a bunch of trading sites. Today this dude added me. He has his profile open for friends, so I was able to see 2 pages of "+reps" in his profile's comments. I only have a couple of them so i went first with Natural Selection 2 gift. He promised me $15 Paypal, but never sent it.
He asked to send the gift via email, now I know why. (btw I've read a couple of "getting started with trades/how not to get scammed" guides on steamcommunity etc, and none of them mentioned that this is something I should avoid)
I didn't see that red "Currently trade banned" text until he unfriended me.
