I was looking to sell my Buds on PP for $36. To Dope Scout added me, and said that he'd buy my buds. It boiled down to the point of trading, when he said that I'd be the one going first. This was something I did not want to do, so I backed out of trade. After a minor discussion, I chose not to trade with him, and unfriended him.

He added me promptly again. Upon accepting his request, he stated that he would be able to trade his backpack as collateral for the buds. (See Screen #2) Afterwards, he would have sent the money, and I would have returned his backpack. In my lack of thinking, I decided to go ahead with the plan. His backpack was worth less than a bud, only consisting of around 7 keys, and some hats. (See Screen #1 or #3) I went with the trade, anyway. He seemed trustworthy with the few Paypal Trade "reps" on his Steam Page.

Upon the trade being complete, he instantly removed me from my friends list. No money showed up in my Paypal, nor was I able to get in contact with him after the matter. (See Screen #4)
