Can I also point out, now that I am involved in this ( thanks very much oatmeal ) that admins arent perfect. They sometimes make errors and sometimes miss things. They are human.
I also feel obliged to point out, that you traded 2 or 3 times with a marked scammer. The admins can give a caution for 1, which is fair.
I am going to butt out. I am seriously pissed that you actually had the nerve to ask me to back you up, when it could have landed me in serious trouble.
