Improper Format 76561198061956035 (Game Gift Scammer)

This person, had promised that he would gift me Black Ops 2 if I gave him my Genuine Anger.
I sent him some messeges asking "When are you going to gift me Black Ops 2?", and he kept saying "I'm getting it right now, hold on.". But i watched what he had did, and all he did was play on a TF2 server, then he left the game, found a new profile picture, changed his name, and then went offline. I had never got the game he promised me, and I had to assume he ran off with my Genuine Anger.

Well no, because it didn't happen on a trading website like TF2 Outpost, it all happened in a server. And I could've gotten a snapshot of the chatlog but he unfriended me, and I can't get to it again. I can still remember exactly what happened in it.

It went like this:

Tactical Hunter: hey again
Tactical Hunter: when are you going to give me Bo2?
Hamster Molester: i'm getting it now, hold on
Tactical Hunter: ok

Then it said he was playing TF2 again. And like I said before stopped playing, changed his name to "King of KFC", changed his profile picture, and then he went offline. But I just looked at his profile, and it said he was playing the same thing. So, that meant when I thought he went offline, he actually unfriended me.

Also, right now the hat's just sitting there in his inventory.
