I found Uhemeisters trade on outpost selling a Circling heart capo. The trade claimed that all three hats being sold were clean, he has since changed his notes. I offered 1 bud 20 keys, which he then took. After trading, I checked the history and found that it was NOT clean. I asked for a trade back because he had lied on his trade and he refused. He said that the previous owner told him it was clean. I believe he did think it was clean, but his refusal to help solve the problem is very dishonest.
