Description :

The guy added the victim and said that He has 10 mixed Dota 2 Keys for $17.. The victim Paid him via Paypal. His email is
[email protected] . The victim Paid him but after receiving the payment he Deleted the victim and Blocked him.
I've provided all the necessary screenshots .

Hello, could the victim provide:
1.) A comment here to verify that this is all true
2.) A screenshot of his inventory history throughout the entire day showing that he never received his keys (make sure it's uncropped)

I have made a report before this one which is still Pending

The scammer is the same guy above

3 days have passed and this guy is still out there with a normal steamrep status, while the evidence is irrefutable.
With this time he could have scammed as many people as he wanted, I can see now that I can't trust no one, including steamrep.

It was several days already since this report was made , the Scammer is still out there with Normal Steamrep Status and trying to scam more people.
