Appeal description:

just repealing after all these years because i do want to get back into trading and it has been difficult with this ban, my account was hijacked and I got phished in February 2013, i can provide more details if needed but, I was basically locked out of my account while the hacker took my account and started to phish all my friends, which is where the phishing ban on my account comes from. I am currently trying to find the old steam support ticket where steam restored my account and the items that I lost and the hijacker took from me, but if there is any other data/proof needed, feel free to lmk. also, if you look on my account in the comments, you can see that i have lots of +rep from back in the day and also friends even telling others to beware of the phisher because i was hacked during that time​
