    Appeal description:
    My offense was giving fake reps and receiving,I was 15 then and i was helping my brother get an item he wanted. This is his account

    Someone hijacked his account.
    I believe i have endured the punishment already because it was 5 years ago. enough for a class D felony maximum prison sentence.​
