    What do you mean it doesnt meet the "standards". Ask him if you want do a backup check i screenshoted with lightshot what was going on in the chat and the gifts. All the desktop captured and all the windows as well.

    After a review, absolutely no clear change of heart could be determined. Repayment, which did not happen until nearly 9 years after the fact, also appears to be only because of the appeal, as evidenced by you telling your former victim that you "want" him to tell SR he forgives you. Further more, yes, you did "scam" him even if you don't seem to think so and even tried to lie and say the victim "faked the situation". You admitted to your offense in your opening post, you admitted to your offence in your chat with the victim, and after looking at the report I can find nothing that shows it was faked. In short, there is insufficient evidence to overturn the original admins decision.

    As such, this appeal is firmly Rejected.
