    Jassinlive Banned on SteamRep

So I have received a AF2 Scammer alert to my profile. Here is the report that went in yesterday: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561197999044227-jassinlive.4845/

Although I have explained myself numerous times in the report it is obvious no one even gave an attempt to hear me out. So here it is again.

There is evidence thrown all around the report stating that myself and oakman are in contact with each other. I would like Mister Bird in taking the time to take these screen caps for us:

This is showing the interaction between myself and Mister Bird as well as oakman and Mister Bird.

Here are some more pictures taken by AcesGamer showing more proof that myself and oakman share an allegiance with the constant re-trading of items with one another:

The reason why I am bringing these two pieces of "evidence", although relevant to the case, is to show that no rules have been broken. Yes we have exchanged items with each other and yes there is a reason why and how we manipulated the trading game, but no rules have been broken.

Mister Bird brought up the definition of a scammer according to the SteamRep website:

    What is a Scammer?
A scammer is anyone that uses deception, thievery, lies, or anything that is underhanded to take advantage of or steal from another trader. See below for more comprehensive list of what qualifies for SCAMMER status.
He then accused me of being deceptive, a thief, a liar and using underhanded ways to take advantage of someone. As I did in the report, I denied all of these accusations.

I found a flaw in the system and abused it. Yes I admit that it was heartless and morally wrong but I stand corrected of not breaking any of the Steam or SteamRep rules.

To blatantly highlight exactly what I have done I will further quote myself from the report.

In no way was anyone scammed. The person/s who participated in the trades knew full well that they were ripping off the person they would be selling their cheaply purchased item for. So who are we really angry at? The person who initiated this tactic or the people who could only see profit which ultimately blinded there common sense?

Now obviously I do look like I am in the wrong and what I did wasn't nice but nice guys finish last. I mean how many of you can honestly say you haven't stretched the truth in the trading gaming in order to get profit? I just went about it a different way.

    Good day,

    Jay
