Some accounts have it disabled.

Nope. Report was archived due to lack of follow-up regarding a certain piece of evidence. Just wanted to make you aware of it. Not sure why your forum name is still yellow and has 'unconfirmed reports' still on it, but that may go away soon. You might even be able to donate afterwards.

No the report was archived - you have options to donate directly if you follow the link on #6 as I showed you.
If your just after a "donate" mark or something then you won't get it - if you are wanting to just support the cause you will just donate using that donate button on that link and be happy that you did.

If you log out and back into the forums it may clear the unconfirmed report notice.
