I'm assuming you were told you could appeal for a downgrade after three months, as opposed to your ban will be removed after 3 months. If thats not the case, no idea what you're talking about, BANNED BY tags are permanent unless appealed.

Regarding "timeouts" in tagged users: In rare cases, upon appeal the admin may decide upon a delay for removal. For example: If appeal result was that the ban was lowered from a Ban to a Caution, the appeal admin may decide that the Caution will be removed in x months time, for which they will need to re-appeal at such a time. This was not done in your case. Your appeal was denied for various issues in your appeal. As I just looked it over, its not illegible for a re-appeal either, for all was properly done, and you messed up your appeal big time with some of your alts posting on it, multiple appeals, and messing with the victim regarding the repayment, and other stuff. So, your ban is final and will not be lifted.
