    1. I need "cash rep," what does that mean for traders?
    2. How does one obtain this "cash rep?"
(questions below require the photo as reference)
    3. Can someone easily refund through Paypal if they press this checkmark?
    4. Should I tell them not to press it?

If you answer those two questions, thanks

Questions one and two are beyond the scope of the SteamRep site and are better addressed/answered by our partner communities listed on the front page at https://steamrep.com Additional reference can be found here:

For three, a user can always attempt a charge-back no matter a checkbox tick, even if using that option. Other means that can be used if PayPal denies a charge-back are directly from a bank or credit card used to pay for the "item". Also, depending on the current TOS of PayPal, virtual items, generally, are NOT covered anyways. It should not be viewed as a full-proof method to avoid being scammed.
